I understand that my group will be responsible for placing an order with Fundraise NOW! of at least 100 units by the Final Order Deadline Date on the Butter Braid Pastry Run Date Number I have chosen.

I understand that if our Butter Braid Pastry order is under 300 units, we may be charged a one-time freight charge based on our distance from Fundraise NOW!.

I further understand that in the event our group does not complete our fundraiser and/or place an order of at least 100 units, we may be charged for any costs associated with this sign up request, including, but not limited to, the following: shipping costs, material costs, office costs, and/or samples of products distributed in connection with this fundraiser.

Finally, I understand that Butter Braid Pastry delivery dates and times are determined by Fundraise NOW! and that Fundraise NOW! does not make delivery plans and schedules prior to the Final Order Deadline Date on which I have committed. Fundraise NOW! does, however, take any and all requests into consideration and does encourage every group to submit their preferred dates and times upon placing their final order.
