questions that are asked of Fundraise Now! and is intended as use for general information purposes only and

1. How long has Fundraise Now! been in business?
Fundraise Now! has been in business since 2002 and has grown into a major fundraising force for schools, school
clubs, churches, daycares and any other group or organization that is interested in fundraising.
2. Where is Fundraise Now! located?
Fundraise Now! corporate offices are located in Forney, TX, which is just east of Dallas.
3. Can I purchase Butter Braid Frozen Pastry Dough without doing a fundraiser?
Butter Braid Frozen Pastry Dough is only available for purchase through a group fundraiser. It is not
available through any retail outles or for individual purchases.
4. Is there a minimum order required before submitting our fundraiser to be processed?
The minimum order requiremnent is 100 items. If your combined fundraiser
totals is below 100 items order processing is subject to approval and a customer pick up will need to be arranged
with your sales consultant.

6. How long can the Butter Braid Frozen Pastry Dough set out after delivery before needing to be
placed in a freezer?
Butter Braid Frozen Pastry Dough is a
one of a kind, fresh, hand braided pastry for fundraising that can set out for up to 4 hours, out of direct sunlight in an
air condtioned room. If the product will need to be out longer than 4 hours we recommend storing them in a freezer or covering
them with blankets or having the participants bring coolers to place them in to help them keep cold.

What support does Fundraise Now! provide to our fundraising group?
Fundraise
Now! will partner with your group throughout their fundraiser to insure their success. Your sales
representative will provide you with fundraising brochures, order forms, a participant letter, fundraiser reminder
form, and delivery date reminder form at the start of your fundraiser. If your group is doing a school wide fundraiser your Fundraise
Now! sales representative will excite the students with a kick off assembly for your school, promote the Butter
Braid Frozen Pastry Dough product, explain the incentives to the students, go over the participant letter and discuss safety
with them. If there is anything else your group may need please let your sales representative
know.
8. What is required of our group to organize
and place the order with Fundraise Now! once our fundraiser is over?
Fundraise Now! will provide order tally sheets
for the sponsor to use to place thieir order.
9. Paymnet methods.
Public School Purchase Orders are accepted by Fundraise Now!. Other organizations will need to pay by Cashier's
Check; Certified Check; money or postal order, or organization check. No personal checks will be accepted! Payment
by credit card is not available.
10. When can we expect delivery of our fundraiser?
Butter Braid Frozen Pastry Dough orders are delivered within 15 business days of receipt.
11. What can our group expect to happen on delivery day?
If you are using the prepack and set up option, your delivery will be made to a central location
such as a cafeteria or gymnasium where all the orders will be separated by participant. No orders will be allowed
to be picked up or leave the delivery area until Fundraise Now! is completely finished with the delivery process.
This will insure that all the orders have been delivered and set up properly by Fundraise Now! and allow us the
opportunity to explain to the sponsor how the orders are set up, allowing for easy distribution to the students at the time
of pick up. Participants should not arrive to pick up their order until after the delivery has been completed by Fundraise
Now!

How long will it take for me to hear from someone if I have left a voice mail or sent an e-mail?
We normally return messages the same business day if you leave a work number and a home phone
number, but sometimes we may have to wait until the next business day to return your call. If we don't respond to your
message within 24 hours please try again or send us an email from this site. We look forward to hearing from you!
