This page contains answers to some of the most common
questions that are asked about Fundraise Now! If you have other questions please contact us. We look
forward to hearing from you.
1.
How long has Fundraise Now! been in business?
We
are entering our sixth year of offering quality fundraising products to various groups. Fundraise Now! has grown into
a major fundraising force for schools, school clubs, churches, daycares and any other group or organization that is interested
in fundraising. We have expanded our products to include candles, dry mixes, and seasonal brochures for every occasion.
2. Where
is Fundraise Now! located?
Fundraise Now! corporate
offices are located in Forney, TX, which is just east of Dallas.
3. How much profit will our group earn by using your fundraising products?
The profit that your group will earn is based upon the fundraising program you use (cookie dough,
candles, etc.), number of participants enrolled in your fundraiser and/or the total amount of units sold. Please contact Fundrasie
Now! and let us know the fundraising program your group is interested in along with other necessary information
such as: the name of your group, the type of group (school, church, club, etc.) and enrollment, so we can
provide you with the appropriate information.
4. Is there a minimum order required before submitting our fundraiser to be processed?
There is a minimum order of 150 units depending on your location in order for
your fundraiser to be processed by Fundraise Now!.
5. What quality can our group expect from Fundraise Now!?
Fundraise Now! guarantees quality and customer satisfaction to your group on any
of our fundraising products your group may use.
6. How long can your frozen cookie dough set out before it needs storage?
Our cookie dough is one of the most consumer friendly on the market. Our cookie
dough can thaw completely out and be refrozen or refrigerated without affecting the quality of the cookie dough. It can set
out for approximately 10 hours without any type of refrigeration. Any orders that your participants can't deliver
to their supporters until the next day can be stored between their refrigerator and/or freezer until they have an
opportunity to deliver it to them. Remember, our frozen cookie dough can thaw completely out and be refrigerated or
refrozen several times without affecting it's quality.
7. What support does Fundraise Now! provide to our fundraising group?
Fundraise Now! will partner with your group throughout their fundraiser to insure their success.
Your sales representative will provide you with fundraising brochures, order forms and a parent letter so your
fundraiser will be ready for your group to distribute on the scheduled start date of your fundraiser. If your group is
doing a school wide fundraiser your Fundraise Now! sales representative will excite the students with
a kick off assembly for your school, promote the brochure(s) your group has chosen for their fundraiser, explain the incentives
to the students, go over the parent letter and discuss safety with them.
Fundraise Now! will also pack a separate envelope for your group sponsor that you can use to
mail the orders back to us with when your fundraiser is over. Inside the envelope you will find your sales
representative contact information, extra order forms, reminder letter and a delivery date letter. Should you think
of anything else your group may need please let your sales representative know.
8. What is required of our group to organize and place the order with Fundraise Now! once our
fundraiser is over?
Each order form must contain the student's
first and last name and the teacher/sponsor field must be filled out (if applicable) to properly fill the orders. Reconcile
the money with each child's order as they turn them in, making sure the amounts are correct. Before mailing the
order forms to Fundraise Now! alphabetize the orders by last name and teacher sponsor (if applicable),
mail the orders to Fundraise Now! in the self addressed envelope which was provided by your sales representative. Do
not mail any money with your orders! You will be notified of the invoice amount and prior to your order being shipped.
Payment for your order must be recieved prior to shipping your order.
9. When can we expect delivery of our fundraiser?
After Fundraise Now! receives your orders and processes them, your group sponsor will be contacted
by us to be notified of the invoice amount and delivery date. Orders are usually shipped 14 - 21 days after Fundraise
Now! has received your orders. Your delivery time may take longer if your fundraiser is scheduled for the Holidays.
10. What can our group expect to happen on delivery day?
All your deliveries will be made inside to a central location, not at your door. If using the
student pack and set up option, your delivery will be made to a central location such as a cafeteria or gymnasium where all
the orders will be separated by student and/or teacher. If using a fall brocure (no frozen foods) your orders will
be set up by teacher master carton with a label on the side indicating which student orders are packaged individually inside
each carton. No orders will be allowed to be picked up or leave the delivery area until Fundraise Now! is completely
finished with the delivery process. This will insure that all the orders have been delivered and set up properly by Fundraise
Now! and allow us the opportunity to explain to the sponsor how the orders are set up, allowing for easy distribution
to the students at the time of pick up.
11. What should we do if someone was missing something in their order?
A reconciliation form will be included with your delivery. Notify your group that if they have any discrepancies
they need to let you know within 5 business days so you can get their issues resolved promptly. As people inform you
of their discrepancies (over/short/damage) properly fill out the order reconciliation form, then fax the form to the number
on the form. Note: ONLY 1 order reconciliation form may be submitted. Your order will
be shipped out via commercal freight company within 7 business days of Fundraise Now! having
received your order. If there are any special instructions such as early closing, don't deliver until after a certain
date, etc, make sure to include them on you reconciliation form. Cookie dough will be packed in dry ice, so when you get your
order, make sure to put it in the refrigerator until the person who needed it can pick it up.
12. How long will it take for me to hear from you
once I have left you a voice mail or sent you an e-mail?
We normally
return messages the same business day if you leave a work number and a home phone number, but sometimes we may have
to wait until the next business day to return your call. If we don't respond to your message within 24 hours please try
again or send us an email from this site with the information needed that is discussed in question #3. We look
forward to hearing from you!
